Good Easy walk. Sign says two hour return trek but even with moderate fitness we were up in 21 minutes had a look around and took in the spectacular views and then back down in under an hour.

Completed the Trail from Kokoda to Owers Corner with Adventure Kokoda.

Total distance trekked was 144km over 8 days/nights.
Dates were from 23 SEP - 01 OCT 2018.

Trained for 8 months prior to actually getting to PNG most weekends on mountains around South East QLD and used gym every couple of days for cardio.

Training should be steps. then more steps and after that more steps!!
