Easy walk, little muddy from the rain. Great short walk and waterfall was spectacular after the rain.

Easy to find, bridge runs right over the top of the river. Easy to get around the rocks although the water level wasn’t high so perhaps not always the case. Areas to explore, worth a look after heavy rain.

First section was a bit muddy but the long grass has been cut, easy bushwalk after that. River easy to get across. Great waterfall, rocks very slippery so not sure if you can get to the bottom. Lots of places to explore.

Baxter Falls - Northern Approach (Kondalilla National Park)

Loved this walk. Love the waterfall and bridge. Path bit muddy from all the rain but not a difficult track. Zigzags all the way down. Keep an eye out for red mushrooms. Park up the road and walk to Suses Rd. Would do again when less water flowing to be able to explore more around the river.
Cilento Park (Sunshine Coast)

Great waterfall after heavy rain, short walk from car park. Easy one to get the kids to.
Mount Beerwah (Glass House Mountains)

Not an easy climb. Easier to climb up from the left of the obvious rockface at the bottom (end of path). Go when it’s busy and follow other climbers and ask questions or advice if you need to. Just when you think you are nearly there the rockface continues. Once you get the hang of it and realise the rocks are quite grippy it isn’t so bad. Take it slow and be careful. If you are unsure or unfit don’t do it.

I loved the limestone caves. View was great but I think Mt Ngungun is better.

Sliding back down was actually quite fun.
