This one is a real bush bash! Follow the instructions here on how to find the track. Some of the pink ribbons are harder to find as you get closer to the top, but just keep heading up. Lots of loose rocks and plenty of opportunities to slip. Take note where you popped up to the summit so you can follow the same track down.

Awesome little adventure track - up both twins and back again in 1hr. Lovely view of Tibro, Crook Neck and Beerwah from the East Twin, would be nice sunset viewing! Not too many mozzies either!

Absolutely loved this trail! A good mixture of all terrain walking, some scrambling and minimal climbing. Approximately 2.5-3hrs from the Beerburrum lookout carpark.

After a bit of a false start of missing the track, I found the 'cairn' (stack of rocks) indicating the start of the track and enjoyed the steep climb to the top. Great combination of cardio, uphill walking as well as some scrambling and a small amount of climbing to reach the summit. Take aeroguard!

Didn't enjoy this walk up the concrete road, not very interesting, much rather do a mountain. But great cardio workout.

I found parts of Mt Tibro just as scary as Mt Beerwah. I'm always afraid of coming down and there were parts where I had to turn and face the rock which makes it tricky to find where to place your feet. But is well worth the effort

This was my 'go to' climb for about the last 12 months. I started off just doing 1 lap and then quickly started climbing it 2 or 3 times each visit. Just to make the 40 minute drive worth it. Very easy 'climb' or rather walk up the mountain. Great for beginners. Awesome view from the top. Very popular on weekends, almost too crowded!

After a false start a few weeks earlier (chickened out at the slab) I finally conquered Mt Beerwah! My advice to anyone that is scared of heights, just start scrambling up the 'slab' and don't look back. Go with an experienced climber who can can help you with hand and feet holds and who knows which way is the safest way up and down. What a fantastic achievement it is when you make the summit - although, I really didn't feel like I'd conquered the mountain until I made it all the way down - ripped pants and all!hahahaa
