| A pleasant walk done around midday. Two and a half hours total to complete which included a lunch break - reasonably fit. The last third of this walk is the toughest bit if done in a clockwise direction! | ||||

| Completed the walk in two hours - reasonable fitness. Just after you've turned left on the intersection with the haul road, instead of carrying on as described above, you can turn right and complete the walk as a loop. Either way, not too difficult of a hike others than the little bit of scrambling near White Rock | ||||
