| To do a loop from the start point, walk counter clockwise until you get to the dam wall. Get around the gate on the bridge, and once you're at the base of the dam facilities, follow the fence around the outside - you will see a path worn into the grass. This will take you to the start of the trail! | ||||

| Did this clockwise, agree that counter clockwise would have been nicer. Skipped many of the side tracks because I started too late and was running out of light. It's been a very dry winter so no leeches and only got my boots wet twice. Beautiful hike, will definitely do it again | ||||
