Getting there
This walk starts and finishes at the Cradle Mountain Discovery Centre. Either drive and park in the carpark at the centre or catch the shuttle bus from the Cradle Mountain Information Centre. If staying at Cradle Mountain Lodge the discovery centre is only a short walk from the entrance to the lodge.

TasMaps produces a topographic map that covers the walk, but the free tourist maps available from the visitor centre are sufficient.
Route/Trail notes
The trail starts behind the centre and is boardwalked the entire way. Simply follow the signposts.
