The main track follows the power lines but there are lots of bike trails with beautiful bush scrub to explore. Trails marked, overview map lacking.
This is a well-rounded walk through the Daisy Hill Conservation Park bushland out to the Old Quarry. Note, this is a shared trail for walkers, bikes and horses. A pleasant walk with a few easy hills. From the car park at Daisy Hill Road the route follows mostly unsealed/gravel road until you reach the quarry.
This track takes walkers from the Manorina car park to Mount Nebo lookout. Trek through wet eucalypt forest containing groves of cabbage tree palms, recognised by their huge, fan-shaped leaves. At Mount Nebo lookout, enjoy spectacular views over the Samford Valley to Moreton Bay. The track is well defined and gently-sloping. Keep your eyes peeled for a few of the old track markers with distances marked in miles.
This walk is shared with the brave bike riders. The first half was winding down to the valleys bottom then winding back up to the top.
Ironbark Track is an old lumber road turned into a hiking track. It cuts behind Springfield Lakes to the edge of Spring Mountain Forest park.

Discover this 5.0-km out-and-back trail near Spring Mountain, Queensland. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 29 min to complete. This is a popular trail for hiking, running, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day.
ATTENTION; As of August 2024, there is no trail signage that takes you to "Balancing Rock". Do your homework!
Nice bushland walk around 4.8km for the loop. Well signed and easy to follow with plenty of birds, wallabies and the odd snake. The track is split into two marked trails Blue (the easier section) and Red (more hills), with a White trail shortcut joining the two.
