Lincoln Wreck Circuit (Main Range National Park)

Very Hard

We did it as a 2 day, starting from Teviot Falls and following the Day 3 track notes from the Spicers Gap to Teviot Gap 3 day walk in the Take A Walk book. Got lost, but took an even better track up some creek and waterfalls to the saddle between Superbus and Roberts. Camped at the campground near Lizard Point and then walked back after visiting the Lincoln Wreck. I blogged about it:

Lower Portals (Mt Barney National Park)

Very dry start to the walk, but the portals were a good depth. Tried to walk out to the waterfall through the water but it was way, way too cold. Just scrambled up and around the ridges nearby instead
Gap Creek Falls (Main Range National Park)

Beautiful view from the waterfall. Does anyone know how to get to the bottom?
Mt Mitchell (Main Range National Park)

Lots of landslides make for incredible views
Mount May (Mt Barney National Park)

After playing in the waterhole area, did the North + South peaks and down via the 4wd road. Beautiful walk, not as tough as I had imagined. All up about 6.4 kms from the campground. Even with a lot of the view obscured by clouds it was a great view. A few hairy parts where we lost the trail, but it is fairly easy to follow.
Mt Maroon (Mt Barney National Park)

Very, very busy for ANZAC Day, but worth it for the views on a day with great visibility. I've never seen the carpark close to full before, but it was overflowing. We passed a large group of geocachers, apparently there's a geocache somewhere near the summit
