| good little walk to blow out the hiking cobwebs. Has some good consistent uphill sections to get the lungs working. Glad i started early(5:30am) as their wasnt a soul around, but when i got back there were cars everywhere, so appears to get quite busy. |

| First multi-day hike for me and also did this one solo. Other than a few questionable navigational issues(on the caves circuit detour) and road works along the road section this walk was pretty epic. Last day may of been the shortest but it was definetly the steepest and probably the most difficult of all three sections. note: i wouldnt leave it to much later than september to do this one, it was already getting pretty hot especially down in the valley |
