Almost always green parklands with views across the water, the paddocks and bushland.

Busy carpark, plenty of views, good exercise due to a few steep ascents.

Did it as an add on to the Coomera Circuit and included also the Chakoonya lookout with the view to the east. A bit further you will find the half way marker of the Border track (for those who do the complete border track in two sessions).

I did it as a return to spare me the boring loop along the Delicia Rd, a bit longer but the rain forest section is worth it.

Enjoyed the variety and add on options if there is still time and energy left. Due to recent rain there was an outbreak of mozzies today. Likely not the case at other times.

An absolute experience with the current weather. The few showers added a sparkling to the leaves after the sun came out again, a trickling of water in many crevices and gullies, from the valleys formed clouds of mist that drifted upwards, I did not even overly sweat. Lesson: don't stay home if they forecast a few showers!

I did not expect much and was pleased by what I got. Peaceful, some nice views over the water with the mountain range as backdrop, water lilies, plenty of butterflies, two trickling creeks and a bit greenery in the bush after recent rains. Well maintained day use area. No regrets. It's dry aussie bush after all.

Peaceful nature reserve in the middle of a farming landscape.

Worth the detour if you are in the area. Middle road is in good condition.

On the trail you are a world away from the visitor bustle close to the car park.

Good opportunity to find solitude and a few nice views across open areas towards the surrounding hills. At the turnaround point even views towards the coastal suburbs.
