| Went up today for the third time. The bush fires meant the road into Plum picnic area was closed, but nothing there about walking up. Was magic as ever, and a good intermediate walk. Some evidence of burning, but nothing threatening. Great that it's so close to Brissie. Note: There appears to be no information about Plum being closed online, and at the gates there's nothing to say you can't go up (there are multiple ascents possible). It would be nice if the City of Ipswich would clarify this. |
