Pleasant reasonably easy walk if completed in the recommended clockwise direction. Currently the entry & car park from Forestry Rd is closed (revamp of the area possibly) however entry from Carricks Rd offers parking & is easy to find. The circuit plus the extra to Warringa Pool is around 8 klms at an easy stroll taking a little over 2 hours. Goannas, wallabies & large skinks plus an array of birds were seen along the way. |

Nice walk on a clear path through some lovely forest. The scrabble up the chain at the end has foot grooves so not too bad but a pair of gloves is handy coming down. The 5.5 hours is a good estimate for someone of age with reasonable fitness. Younger & more fit should finish quicker. Spectacular views from the Border Ranges to the ocean. |

Great walk, pity about smoke haze today . Need a reasonable level of fitness & some agility to scale through the few rock crevices. A 60 & 67 year old, in company of adult son achieved it in 4.5 hours taking our time. Busy at the weekends, fewer people week days. |
