Getting there

Begin at the Pine Grove Carpark

Route/Trail notes

Take the steps down into the forest.  To begin you will be walking below a large flying fox colony.  Keep an eye out for breaks in the trees where you can catch a glimpse of the Pioneer Valley below.  You will come to a sign post which will direct you down the track to the sky window car park.  Follow this over bridges and through the rainforest until you arrive at the Carpark.  You can extend the walk by taking the short sky window Track.

We did much of this walk in the rain. However much of the rain didn't reach us, so it wasn't really a problem. However parts of the track were quite muddy and we had to take care not to slip.
