This high vantage point provides fantastic views up along the Arcadia Valley and across the Dawson River to the unreal Expedition National Park's sandstone escarpment: to Pyramid Hill, Sphinx, Castle Hill and Battleship.
Getting there:
From Roma, head north on the Carnarvon Highway and 47km north of Injune, turn right onto Arcadia Valley Access Road and follow this for 16km. A small sign to the lookout on your right leads you to a car park and picnic area.
From the north on the Carnarvon Highway, turn left into Mulcahys Road (signposted Nuga Nuga National Park) and then right down Arcadia Valley Access Road, past the Lonesome National Park Camping Area and up the hill and to your left is the sign to the lookout and car park.

Route/Trail notes:
From the car park, walk along the track to the lookout and shelter on your right. From here, there is no track, but you continue on along the bluff as far as you dare go.
Return by the same route.
BE AWARE, that the edges of this bluff are very unstable, as witnessed by the rock falls on the road below. STAY WELL CLEAR.
