| Very pleasant Monday morning. Saw only one other pair of walkers. Track quite clear and easy to follow. Can t really get lost....if going anticlockwise as we did, just keep the water on your left! No snakes yet, plenty of birds, but surprisingly few water birds. Going anticlockwise, as others have noted most of the uphill work is done early in the walk, but there's nothing challenging. A couple of hours no problem. The facilities were supposed to have been upgraded, but there is only one picnic table. Toilets OK. |
