| Conway Circuit - Grade 4 - 27 KM One Way. Completed the whole circuit in one day. We started at Brandy Creek and finished at Kara Crescent in Airlie Beach. We started hiking at 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM. There were plenty of wild boars,goannas and leeches(though it rained a couple of days before the hike). The trail is marked almost every kilometer. A few steep sections between 10km to 16 km mark and between the last 3.3kms. Overall it was good fun! |

| Canarvon Gorge is one of my favorites! We completed the following in day one. Moss Garden Amphitheatre Ward's Canyon Art Gallery Camped at the Takaraka Bush Resort and did the Boolimba Bluff on the second day. Tracks are properly marked and well maintained, you don't really have to walk uphill’s on any of them,except Boolimba Bluff, but that isn't very difficult either. There were some stairs to climb but it is all worth it! Canarvon Gorge is something I would visit again and I can’t wait to experience the 87KM Canarvon Great Walk! |
