A detailed description of the walk!
From the Royal Citadel follow Hoe Rd to the Hoe Promenade. Walk along the promenade enjoying the view and visit the Drake Monument and the War Memorial. From there follow the Armada Way inland through a roundabout onto Saltash Road and down past the train station. Through the next roundabout pick up Alma Road and make your way through the middle of central park to Home Park. Then return the way you came.
