This circuit leads through open woodland and heathland linking Mount Tibrogargan and Mount Tibberoowuccum. Interpretive signs along the track provide details of the area's special features. The Jack Ferris lookout, on Trachyte Ridge, allows for good views of the surrounding peaks. This ridge owes its name to a type of volcanic rock which forms many of the Glass House Mountains peaks.
From Steve Irwin Way, turn west onto Barrs Road, which is half way between Beerwah and Beerburrum. At its junction with Marches Road, you will see the Tibrogargan Picnic Grounds clearly marked to your left.
From the car park, you can head off anti-clockwise on a well defined track. Watch for the trail signs as you cross the various fire trails.
By travelling anti-clockwise you junction with the Tibrogargan Circuit, which allows you to extend your walk by a further 2.9km.
