Route/Trail notes

A lovely walk, generally flat and easy. Lovely birdwatching the whole way plenty of wrens, wagtails and honeyeaters. There are a couple of old bridges worth a look at, one you walk under and back up the otherside, with a creek at the bottom, could possibly be a bit wet after heavy rain. Cooragook station is on the way (10kms) the last four kms winds around the bends at the base of Mt Hallen.

Cool winter day to start with, but soon warmed up to be really pleasant. Beautiful weather for birdwatching and taking time.
