Walk North along Sunshine Beach near Noosa. At the end of the sandy beach area, climb over the small hill (there is quite an obvious path). On the other side of that hill is a small beach area, that has several caves.

You need to climb along the rock wall to get down to the bottom (some people with height fears might find this uncomfortable).  AGAIN - THESE CAVES ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE AT LOW TIDE.

While climbing down to the rocky beach, you will see a very large cave, this is not Paradise Cave, but it's impressive, and worth exploring.

To get from this first large cave to Paradise Cave, continue North along the cliff line (You will need an extremely low tide to be able to do this).

Paradise Cave is a deep cave with a Sandy Floor right to the back.

In between the first large cave, and paradise cave is a small cave that will require you to hop into the water to access. You will have to duck down under the over hanging rock, and you will end up in a very cool little cave.

Access is some pretty scary rock scrambling along an edge - 9yr old daughter made it though

Quick hike over the headland. We had young kids with us so weren't able to get down into the caves. We will just have to go back!

The rock climb is a bit of a challenge. The rock pools were interesting with lots sea life

When you get to the northern end of Sunshine Beach there are two tracks. The left track which takes you on the Noosa National coastal walk is the wrong path. Take the right path which takes up on the hill near the rocks. Then go downwards where the caves are.

Got here maybe an hour and a half after lowest tide. Was hoping that it would still be shallow enough to just wade through but at that point, we had to swim a little to get to the sandbar next to the Paradise Cave (which was fine). A good day nonetheless! Some absolutely beautiful rockpools here teeming with fish and crabs 🐠🐟🐠🐟

Fun little adventure. Kids LOVED IT. We then continued the walk by walking the track from Sunshine beach to Alexandria Bay. Very easy walk (although so many stairs at the start) but visually more enjoyable than the Noosa coastal walk to Hells Gate. Will do again
