Comments

Easy walk on forestry road as part of trail circuit. A pretty boring hike with only few glimpses of the lake. Further north from the campground a network of trails will lead eventually higher up through patches of rainforest towards Mt. Nebo and a more interesting scenarios.

17kms walk around, clockwise, camping at Blue Gum Flats. Simple open campsite, no facilities. A nice walk, some short steeper sections but not too difficult. No water in the creek at Blue Gum Flats, so we had to keep walking for another hour to get to the lake again to get more water!
Quite a picturesque walk, some parts closer to the lake than others. Will do again.
