Getting there

Begin the hike by driving to the Ryugin no Taki carpark on route 19. I recommend parking in the first carpark even though it is further away from the trailhead. If you continue up the road to the closer carpark, the road becomes very narrow and very difficult to navigate. If you want to save yourself some stress, park in the first carpark.

You can also take the Chuo Line to Kamado Station and walk from the station to the trailhead.

Maps

At the trailhead there is a box with free maps in it.

Route/Trail notes

Begin the walk from the carpark. The hike takes you through some forest. Along the path you will some sign boards with some birds on it. These signs point towards the lookouts for the waterfalls. Follow these signs and view the waterfalls. Once you have seen all seven waterfalls, follow the signs for さわやかなウォーキング. It is a small white sign with red text. This will loop you around the lake anid back to the waterfall track which you then backtrack to the carpark.

Permits/Costs
