Getting there
Turn off New England Highway at Guyra, head east through Ebor then turn left at the Marengo Road, then left again at Chaelundi Road and left again to the Chaelundi camping area.
Route/Trail notes
Walk starts at the camping area. Easy walk along a well-maintained track. Spent some time admiring the waterfall then kept walking righ out to Lucifer's Thumb at the end of the ridge. Lookout overlooks the Guy Fawkes River. Two-day walk-in-walk-out to Jordan's Camping Area. Saw lots of birdlife including glossy black cockatoos.
