Turn off the Pacific Highway north of the Harrington Turnoff, before Taree onto Spring Hill Rd and follow to Cattai Wetlands.

From the carpark, instead of taking the path to the left for the Loop Track, turn right, and you will see the sign for the Forest Track. It will take you up the hill, down again, across the road, and back to the Loop Track. Then turn right to go back to the car park, or left if you would like to complete the Loop Track.
