A detailed description of the walk!

From the castle walk down the road and over Cardiff Bridge on the other side enter the parkland and walk along the River Taff crossing back over on Millennium Bridge. Walk through Bute Park around to the castle's West Gate from here follow the Dock Feeder Canal North to the Corbett Road entrance to the park. Leave the park and walk back down North Road until you return to the castle's main gates. If you wish you can now pay to explore inside the castle.
