Getting there

Head to the town of Stanley.  You can park at the base of the nut where the chairlift and shop/cafe is located.  The way to the base is well sign-posted (and you can't miss where the nut actually is either!)

The website said the chairlift would be closed for winter, but it was running when we got there so we took it to the top, did the walk around the circuit and walked back down. It is pretty steep!

Fantastic walk. The nut is quite impressive with a number of lookouts. It was quite windy at the top.
