A short walk around the Castle Hill Blackstone Reserve with informational signage on the interesting history of the area (coal mining & Welsh mansion "castle"). A detour can be made up to the summit of the hill (add an extra kilometre and a bit return).

A detailed description of the walk!

Follow the signage for the Lewis Thomas Historic Trail (LTHT) there is quite a network of trails through the reserve as there are many mountain bike trails that intersect this trail. This trail is a walking trail though lots of the other paths are for mountain bikes so watch out for bike riders. The trail winds around to each informational signage.
