A detailed description of the walk!

From the entrance head up hill and around the summit plateau area either clockwise or anticlockwise exploring the ancient ruins making sure to see the world famous Parthenon and the viewpoint on the farside of the rock.

There is a fee to enter the UNESCO world heritage site.

Not the greatest historical site in the ancient world but certainly one of the most famous. Heard a bunch of American tourists squabbling over the wi-fi password instead of enjoying the views and history that the place has to offer. Recommend in combination with Acropolis museum and the British museum in order to get the full experience.
