A short walk to the top of the Acropolis a prominent limestone and schist peak in central Athens topped with an ancient citadel which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and houses the world famous Parthenon. Views of Athens.

A detailed description of the walk!

From the entrance head up hill and around the summit plateau area either clockwise or anticlockwise exploring the ancient ruins making sure to see the world famous Parthenon and the viewpoint on the farside of the rock.
