Comments

Visited here in 2021 on my way out of Carnarvon Gorge. Did not spend too much time there other than walking around the ‘Island’ and enjoying the views across the lake. I read something about the fact the lake is only 160 years old and continually getting larger every time there are floods in the area. In 1865 it was only 1km wide and now about 8km wide.
