Route/Trail notes

Get to the track before lunchtime to enjoy your time at the top. Be prepared for a steep hike that doesn't end until you are at the top. Some seats along the way to take a rest on. Take plenty of water. In rain the gravel track maybe difficult for cars but ok for 4wheel drives. Great views from the first floor of the fire tower.

Good footware should be worn. Take water, hat and sunscreen. Great views, don't forget your camera.

Definitely worth the short, steep walk for the views, talk water as you will want it by the time you get to the top.
