Short walk through a wonderful rainforest.

Rainforest

Getting there

You can park your car at the end of Palm Grove Avenue. Note; there are 4 car parks, however you can still park along the residential street if need be. There is one picnic table and 1 seperate bench. So a very small facility. There is a better alternative car park at the end of Curtis Road where you could park along the school or the few spots at the end of the street too. However there is no facilites on this end.

Route/Trail notes

Starting from Palm Grove Avenue; wonder downhill. The first intersection you'll come across is where the Curtis Road carpark track joins in. Continue straight and follow the signs for Palm Grove circuit. Once your done with the loop, at the intersections look for the palm grove avenue directions. You can also extend the loop a little by using the Central Ave exit which would then mean you have to walk around 300m along Palm Grove Ave to get back to your car.

Lovely walk, easy going with kids. Palm trees and leaves are impressive.

Very impressive tree buttresses and strangler figs. At the site of the fallen giant fig tree a python with a huge belly. Could barely move.

Nice short loop through the tambourine rainforest. Although I only saw one kookaburra. I definitely heard at least 5 different other types of birds. The bird sounds were magical.
