Off Nerang Connection Rd, going into the boat ramp, there is a skate park right at the begining. Drive to the end of the road, the pathway starts from the car park.

Walk starts from the boat ramp, following the Nerang River towards the highway. You end up going underneath the M1, following the trail/path till the end, where there is a sort of deck/fishing spot. Follow the same way back.
*** Don't expect peace and quite, the M1 can deffenitly be heard all the way along the track.
