Schuster Park

Gold Coast

Schusters Park is a great spot to take the kids for a quick walk or stay the day for a picnic by the creek. There is lots of room to run around, and a sandy beach to launch kayaks from. Put on some mozzie repellent before exploring the flat trail through the mangroves along the northern peninsula of the park.

Got to watch a ringtail possum battle two crows. Was a nice little refuge in the city, especially away from the very busy and loud playground.

Another short walk done today in the late evening and dusk. Great flat walk that we did at a reasonable pace. Lovely walk and even at dusk there was plenty of birds around.

Back to nature close to urban areas. Neighborhood/ dog park walk (partly).

Lovely walk with the kids this morning, they particularly enjoyed all the little crabs in the boardwalk section

Nice park walk.

A nice area but the signage is bad. Don't venture off into the mangroves like I did.
