Quite a quick easy walk. Did it before lunch, followed by lunch at the tea cafe.

Really easy (very gentle grade up, practically level) with dense forest until atop the boulders at Tullawallal, which then provides glimpses across the valley. Beautiful ferns, mushrooms and beech trees with whipbirds, bellbirds and some chattering birds (unknown). A few spiked plants with spikes in top and underside of each leaf, impressively serious defense!

It was quite wet when I walked this, so went at a faster pace, finishing in 1 hour. Watch out for the leaches every 15-20 min. if going in the wet.

Peaceful walk through dense forest.

Wanderlust on 31 Dec, 2020

A lovely, easy grade walk in beautiful forest. No real view at the end, just sitting on rocks in amongst the trees. Lots of birds to listen to.

Nice short walk, the trees are great to look at, pouring rain the whole walk but that made it feel more magical at the top where the boulders & Beech trees are, you can return on an alternate track which links up with the Rain forest Circuit

The grove of Antarctic Beech is sensational

This walk is super easy to navigate and a really easy walk to do in the afternoon after either setting up camp or checking in a the lodge. The beech trees are gorgeous and definitely worth visiting.

nice easy walk..beautiful rainforests..you will see the occasional wallaby..recommend for a nice afternoon stroll not too late though in winter as it would get dark early

Completed after the Coomera circuit. A good interesting walk for the less fit and elderly.

This is an easy walk which ends with a strand of Antarctic beech trees. Picturesque walk for those not wanting to tackle the larger Lamington walks.

Love the old trees at the end of the walk.

samkramer on 4 Feb, 2017

Done in conjunction with Dave's Creek Circuit, which I definitely recommend if you have the time

A nice easy walk as a side track. Interesting rock formation that makes you wonder.

Nice walk which ends at some moss covered boulders. It's an abrupt end but pleasant if you enjoy just walking through the forest :) Lots of wallabies!

The boulders at the end were nice but a little overrated.

rob.bushman on 7 Jun, 2014

Was a nice little walk if you wanted to cool off from the heat, but ends a bit unexpectedly ends at a pile of rocks. So, basically a walk through the rainforest.

Did this walk during Schoolies. Ran into a tour group from Binna Burra, and spent some time looking at the trees and rocks on the top of the mountain. A nice easy walk from the main visitor area.

Viking on 26 Nov, 2013

Nice enough - better walks in the area but still worth a look for the intersting flora and rock formations

Alun on Dec, 2011

Nice easy walk.
The rock formation at the end point will have you guessing
