Queanbeyan River Loop Walk

A 20km walk at the southern end of Googong Dam, near Queanbeyan NSW. There are 2 options, one is to walk to Flynns Crossing and back or take the cycling route and turn the end of the walk into a slightly longer loop. An excellent walk through dry forest with a couple of river crossings to test out your boots and finding a way around one too deep to walk. Good walk for training purposes as there are regular climbs, steep and short and long and not so steep.

Quarantine Station

Queen Charlotte Track

Choice of multiple days or day walks in the Marlborough Region, South Island. The town of Picton is a good base to prepare or start of your adventure. You can decide to combine your walk with: a drop off and pick-up by water taxi, a mountain bike, a sea kayak or simply walk. Stunning scenery on both sides from the Queen Charlotte Sound and Kenepuru Sound. Walking on good track with some challenging climbs and sections.

Queen Mary Falls Circuit

From the Queen Mary Falls lookout, watch Spring Creek plunge over the 40m Queen Mary Falls to continue its twisting journey down the valley floor to join the Condamine River. On a summer's day take time to pause for a moment to feel the waterfall's cool spray.
There are often water dragons sunbaking on rocks around the valley floor and the track goes through plenty of ferns and native Australian trees.
