Route/Trail notes:

From the car park just follow the boardwalk. It's easily accessible as it winds through the rain forest. Good time of year to se the falls - in full flood.

Easy walk. Magnificent in size even if it is only a drizzle. I can only imagine the thundering after a good rain.

The last time I viewed the falls was from the Sky Rail, but this time it was a drive up the twisty road to Kuranda and out to the lookout. A short walk along the boardwalk led down to a second viewing platform, just behind the railway station, which provided even better views.

Quite a spectacular set of falls even in the dry season, can only imagine how it would be in the wet after rain.

Best to go after rain otherwise the falls are just drizzling.

A very easy walk to the viewing deck. Beautiful creek with rocks and clean water. It is a very lovely picnic spot.
