The walk starts at the top of Kondalilla Falls and continues down hill to the bottom. The second half of the journey is the trek back up the hill. Although this walk is listed as an easy walk - at less than 5km in length - the second half of the circuit is a relentless climb and will not be a pleasant stroll for the unfit/novice walker.I would recommend doing this hike in summertime. There is a lovely rock pool there, but I would take the circuit trail that leads away from it. That way, you can relax in it after your walk. The rock pool seems to be a popular hang out for local families, as when I did the walk, there were quite a few people enjoying it and most of them were not interested (or dressed) to hike.
