Getting there

Start at Newcastle Information Centre (if you get off at Civic Train Station head north towards the water). Note the lighthouse is only accessible on Sundays but the walk can be done without this.

Route/Trail notes

From the Tourist Information Centre head east (towards the lighthouse on the hill), along the cement path. Keep following the path until you reach Nobby's Beach Reserve, follow the cement path towards the lighthouse. Continue left passed the lighthouse gate and towards the head.
