Bungoona Walk

 (Bald Rock National Park)

Take a (more) gentle walk up the Eastern side of Bald Rock.

Getting there

The walk leaves from the Bald Rock picnic/camping ground.

Route/Trail notes

The track is well marked and easy to follow. Early on the track branches, with the other branch offering a quicker, but far steeper, walk up the rock. The Bungoona Walk takes a more gentle approach, working its way up the more gentle eastern end of Bald Rock then across the saddle to its highest point.

We took the quick route up then the more gentle walk back along the Bungoona track on the way back. Outstanding views. You wouldn't visit the park without going up the rock, right!

Awesome view along the top! Well worth the trek up the steep rock.
